City of New Albany Storm Board meetings are held the second and fourth Thursday of each month (dates may be altered due to holidays, and emergencies).

Through collaborated efforts of Floyd & Clark counties there is a program designed to educate citizens/contractors of the best management practices (BMP) to control potential pollutants from any construction project. . ATTENTION: Parents, and Teachers, this upcoming April IDEM will be offering free classroom presentations for Earth day April 22, 2013. The presentations will go through April 8th until April 22. They will cover critical issues such as air quality, water quality, land quality, and many more exciting material for children to learn.
